Page Grids

The data in IntelliTrack is displayed on web pages in grids.

The grid information is separated by columns and rows.

Grid Pager

The total number of records along with the total number of pages is listed under the last list entry in each page grid. When the amount of lookup records exceeds the page size, another page is added to a lookup grid. To reach the next lookup page, select the right arrow or the page number along the bottom of the list.

Page Size

The default page size in IntelliTrack is 10 records per page. However, you may select the page size (10, 20, or 50 records per page) at the following pages:

• Manage Items page
• Inventory Data page
• Assets Data page
• View History page
• Reservations page - Browse Assets tab

At these pages you will find a Page Size field in the bottom right corner of the grid. In this field, click the drop-down list and select the amount of records you want to view per page from the options that appear:

• 10: select to view 10 records per page. This is the default selection.
• 20: select to view 20 records per page.
• 50: select to view 50 records per page.
